1971 Lancia Fulvia 1600HF ‘Corsa’ factory lightweight car Sold.

A rare version of the iconic world rally championship winning Fulvia 1600HF now known as the ‘Corsa’ which was an early lighter version of the heavier ‘Lusso’ and only 443 built. The Corsa had plexi glass rear window and quarter lights, no bumpers, no head restraints, no door lights or arm rests only grab handles, no oil cooler, no opening front quarter light windows, no steel trim around the screens, black rubber mats and this particular example is one of the very few early cars that left the factory with the aluminium panels of the series one Fanalone. A rare car indeed which was inspected and acquired it’s ASI ‘Gold Plate’ in 2017 proving it’s provenance and originality. We have just had an enjoyable drive back from Arezzo via Rimini then up through Switzerland and France over three days in comfort and warmth and only using 250ml oil! A quick rare original lightweight model. We will UK register to the new owner.
